Incoming and outgoing call management\
Greet, assist customers & visitors and direct them to right staff member\
Respond to business inquiries\
Responsible for receiving couriers and dispatching couriers.\
Confident and Good Communication Skills.\
Should be able to fluently speak and write in English.\
Attendance Management\
Good knowledge of computers\
Scheduling meetings & follow up\
Arranging conference rooms for meetings.\
Provide office support services so as to ensure efficiency\
Pleasing personality\
Quick learner with Multi tasking capabilities\
PREFERRED: Candidate who can join immediately or with in a weeks notice period.
