1) RPA Development and Support Administrator (System Administrator)
• 3 to 9 years of experience on Development, SIT, UAT and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle
• Be competent at supporting Project Leaders in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored framework for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes
• Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated
• Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail. Converting requirements to automation-specific design and solutions documents
• Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
• Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles
Qualification : Any graduate
2) Unix Administrator
• 2 to 5 years of strong expertise of Managing Unix Data Centre environment
• L2/L3 Level Knowledge & support skills for Solaris operating system
• Capable in Handling IBM pSeries POWER5, POWER6 and POWER7 machines, Sun Sparc Server
• Working knowledge on VIOS and HMC, managing LPARs is add-on
• Capable in installing AIX and Upgrade from AIX 5.3 to AIX 6.1, upgrading TLs and also NIM installation
• Proficient with UNIX Scripting languages like Perl, UNIX Shell, AWK, BASH etc.
• Knowledge to manage VERITAS suite (VERITAS volume manager and VERITAS cluster server)
• Basic Fault Diagnosis of Sun & Linux Hardware
• Manage Day to Day Datacenter Operations/Activities related to Unix Systems
• Should be well versed in LVM concept
• Good exposure SAN & NAS Storage
Qualification : BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/ME
3) IT Helpdesk Analyst
• 1 to 2.5 years of IT experience preferably in International Voice technical support
• Purely handling IT request for international associates / clients. Experience with remote/virtual technical support via telephone in a service center or call center environment
• Knowledge of Pcs, Servers, VPN, Peripheral devices. Wireless connectivity and industry standard software
• Knowledge of Blackberry and PDA support
• Experience in Active directory, VPN, Outlook
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Willing to work in different time zones (24/7)
• Open for night shifts
Qualification : BSC / Diploma / BCA only
