Friends, Over the past 18 years I have acquired an extensive background in the planning, implementation, installation and maintenance of various hardware and software systems. I am especially proud of my achievements implementing and supporting a business-critical, maximum-availability ERP system in a national corporate environment. I enjoy working with others in a cooperative environment to make things better, and I am good at it. I provided effective leadership for several successful information technology projects with various objectives. My most recent projects reduced costs, improved workflow, and enhanced security. My team members were very complimentary of my direction and time management skills, which were key factors for our success.
